The City of Sacramento is scrambling to meet a revised deadline of 2020 to leave flat water rates behind and convert completely to water meters.听老澳门开奖直播 Construction is one of the contractors partnering with the city to complete this ambitious program, which is meant to address California鈥檚 serious drought. 老澳门开奖直播 is replacing main lines as well as backyard pipe connections and installing the meters themselves in neighborhoods and commercial districts spread across the city.
